TJ Dillashaw defeated Cody Garbrandt in 4:10 minute of round one in main event of UFC 227.
It was a long awaited rematch for Garbrandt after he loss his title against former team-mate TJ Dillashaw. And this time he needed to win to set the score and get his belt back. But in first round in a quick exchange he got clipped and this was the beginning of the end. TJ Dillashaw just did not let him recover, and he was constantly pushing dropping Cody couple of times. And in the end TJ was pressing Cody agains the fence and hit him with a strong knee. Cody was still standing, but he was not defending himself and referee stopped the fight.
