These fighters have been chosen based on their skill, records, popularity, and the impact they have had on the growth of the UFC.

The Nominees

Jon Jones is widely recognized as the most dominant light-heavyweight champion in UFC history. Despite his controversial reputation outside the octagon, Jones boasts an impressive record of 27 wins, with his only defeat coming via disqualification against Matt Hamill in 2009.
