It was a short fight but it could go either way. Oliveira opened the fight by clean right which rocked Gaethje. But Gaethje came back dropping Oliveira two times but he decline to engage in ground fight. Gaethje was winning the stand up fight to the moment where Oliveira pulled guard but again Gaethje refused to engage.
But then Oliveira dropped Gaethje grab his back and tried pull out triangle choke, Gaethje escaped but just to end up in clean rear naked choke and there was no escape.

Oliveira won but the title is still vacated because he missed the fight
Carla Esperanza vs Rose Namajunas
The fight lasted for 5 rounds but surprisingly not much happened. Both fighters were careful and wanting to risk anything and therefore was very little contact.
According to judges, Esperanza was better just because she was controlling the tempo of the fight and being more aggressive fighter.
Michael Chandler vs Tony Ferguson
Fergusson opened the fight very good, he was controlling the fight with his stand up combinations, but then Chandler took him down and was able to hold him there for more than half of the round. Both fighters landed some nice clean shots.
And then it happened… maybe the most vicious knockout we ever saw... round just started and Chandler landed clean front kick to the face. Fergusson was out before he touch the ground, referee jumped in and fight was over.
Chandler was celebrating with some multiple backflips, but Fergusson was out for good 2-3 minutes, and hen finally he was able to sit on the stool.
