Tonight, Amanda Serrano, the seven-division titlist and current undisputed women’s Featherweight champion, will face off against mandatory challenger Danila Ramos. This highly anticipated fight will take place on a special ‘Most Valuable Prospects’ card on DAZN. What makes this match even more significant is that it will be the first women’s bout with 12, three-minute rounds since 2007.
MMAmania.com will provide live coverage of the ‘Serrano vs. Ramos’ main event. The main card broadcast on DAZN starts at 9 p.m. ET.
Unfortunately, Serrano’s WBC title won’t be on the line due to WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman’s false claims about the safety of 12×3 fights for women. However, the other three belts will be up for grabs. In addition to the main event, the card features exciting matchups such as Bantamweight contender Antonio Vargas taking on former great Hernan ‘Tyson’ Marquez, and undefeated Welterweight Damian Lescaille making his fourth appearance of 2023.
