Bellator MMA’s return to Japan, and latest crossover event with RIZIN Fighting Federation, is set to deliver an action-packed night of fights. The highly anticipated Super RIZIN 2 event will feature a pair of title fights and thrilling matchups between top fighters from both promotions.
In the main event, Mikuru Asakura will go head-to-head with Vugar Karamov for the vacant RIZIN featherweight championship. Asakura, known for his explosive striking, will look to claim the gold against the tough and resilient Karamov.
Former Bellator MMA 135lb champion Juan Archuleta will face off against TUF veteran Hiromasa Ougikubo for the vacant RIZIN bantamweight championship. Archuleta, known for his well-rounded skills, will have to overcome Ougikubo’s experience and technical prowess to secure the title.
The Bellator side of the event will see Patricky Pitbull taking on Roberto De Souza in the Lightweight World Grand Prix Quarterfinal. Pitbull, a former champion, will look to make a statement against the tough and determined De Souza.
