This latest installment in the renowned MMA series introduces the Frostbite™ Engine for the first time, delivering enhanced gameplay and graphics, along with the all-new Real Impact System.
According to UFC President Dana White, UFC 5 offers fans the most realistic MMA experience outside of the Octagon. White describes the game as incredible and a true next-generation UFC experience.
Developed with the Frostbite™ Engine, UFC 5 provides high-speed 60 frames-per-second rendering and gameplay simulation, resulting in unparalleled realism. The game features community upgrades, realistic blow-by-blow damage through the Real Impact System, Cinematic K.O. Replay, Doctor’s Checks and Stoppages, Seamless Submissions, and Fight Week and Alter Egos. Additionally, UFC 5 incorporates an all-new face animation tool that creates photorealistic fighter likenesses, complete with advanced body sculpting and strand-based hair.

The Standard Edition of UFC 5 features box art with UFC Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski and former UFC Flyweight Champion Valentina Shevchenko. On the other hand, the UFC 5 Deluxe Edition comes with a special cover featuring UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya.
EA Sports UFC 5 will be available on Sony PlayStation 5 and Microsoft Xbox Series X|S starting October 27. Pre-orders begin on October 24, and EA Play members will receive a 10-hour trial on the same day.
