Exciting Night of MMA Action
Tonight (Sept. 26, 2023), Dana White’s Contender Series returns to entertain the MMA masses. With Canelo Alvarez chasing UFC off this coming Saturday, all eyes are on the action-packed fights happening tonight. The event will be streamed live on ESPN+ starting at 8 p.m. ET.
Last week, four out of the five winners earned a spot in the big show. Igor da Silva, Kaynan Kruschewsky, Shamil Gaziev, and Stephanie Luciano put on impressive performances, showcasing their skills and earning contracts.
In tonight’s featured bout, undefeated Welterweight Danny Barlow (6-0) will take on late replacement Raheam Forrest, a former Cage Fury titlist. This promises to be an exciting clash between two talented fighters. The co-main event features German knockout machine Alexander Soldatsky (14-3) facing off against Jailton Almeida teammate Mario Piazzon (6-0) in the Heavyweight division.
