Trench Tech Mixed Martial Arts Academy is hosting the Påtgon (Kids) Jiu-Jitsu Fundraising Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 7, from 10am to 3pm, at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium. This tournament aims to raise funds for the academy’s travel expenses to the Bi-Annual Patgon (Kids) Jiu-Jitsu Fundraising Tournament in Guam. Trench Tech Mixed Martial Arts Academy is excited to announce the upcoming Påtgon (Kids) Jiu-Jitsu Fundraising Tournament. The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 7, from 10am to 3pm at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium.
Trench Tech Mixed Martial Arts Academy, known for their dedication to training young martial artists, recently competed in the Bi-Annual Patgon (Kids) Jiu-Jitsu Fundraising Tournament in Guam. Now, they are hosting their own tournament to raise funds for their travel expenses to the upcoming Bi-Annual Patgon (Kids) Jiu-Jitsu Fundraising Tournament in Guam.
Over 30 children between the ages of 5 and 13 will be participating in this exciting fundraiser. The tournament will feature seven different weight classes, including Peewee 1 (40 lbs-50 lbs), Peewee 2 (51 lbs-65 lbs), Peewee 3 (66 lbs-90 lbs), Peewee 4 (91 lbs-115 lbs), Kids 1 (116 lbs-125 lbs), Kids 2 (126 lbs-160 lbs), and Absolute (161 lbs-200 lbs).
Trench Tech founder, Justis "Cuki" Alvarez, expressed his gratitude towards the parents of the participants for their support and encouragement. He also thanked Ada Gym for providing the facility, the generous donors who contributed monetarily or in-kind, and Pacific Trading Co. for sponsoring the kids with Gatorade.
In addition to the tournament, there will be halftime entertainment featuring raffle prizes, as well as boxing and kickboxing matches. The entrance fee for adults is $20, while children can enter for just $10. Don’t miss out on this exciting event!
