Haggerty, the reigning ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion, delivered a violent knockout to Fabricio Andrade, who holds the ONE bantamweight MMA world title.
The fight, which happened at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, was for the vacant ONE bantamweight kickboxing world title. Haggerty showcased his skills with multiple leg kicks and teep kicks, displaying his speed advantage over Andrade. In the first round, Haggerty landed solid right hands to the face, while Andrade tried to close the distance.
In the second round, Andrade started aggressively with hard leg kicks and 2-punch combinations, pushing Haggerty to the ropes. However, Haggerty landed a left high kick that wobbled Andrade, and he capitalized on it by swarming him with a barrage of fight-ending shots.
