The American Airlines Arena in Miami played host to one of the most exciting events in UFC history as fans witnessed a night of thrilling fights and shocking upsets. The main event of UFC 287 saw a rematch between Alex Pereira and Israel Adesanya for the UFC Middleweight title.

UFC Middleweight Title Fight: Israel Adesanya vs. Alex Pereira

In a highly anticipated rematch, Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira faced off for the UFC Middleweight Title. Adesanya, also known as The Last Stylebender, entered the octagon with a record of 24-2-0, while Pereira, also known as Poatan, had a record of 7-2-0. The two fighters put on an impressive display of striking, but it was Adesanya who emerged victorious with a KO/TKO punch to the head at 04:21 of the second round.

Welterweight Fight: Jorge Masvidal vs. Gilbert Burns

Jorge Masvidal, also known as Gamebred, squared off against Gilbert Burns, also known as Durinho, in a welterweight bout. Masvidal entered the fight with a record of 35-17-0, while Burns had a record of 22-5-0. The fight went the distance, with Masvidal winning by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) at 05:00 of the third round.

Bantamweight Fight: Rob Font vs. Adrian Yanez

Rob Font faced off against Adrian Yanez in a bantamweight fight. Font had a record of 20-6-0, while Yanez had a record of 16-4-0. The fight was over quickly, with Font winning by KO/TKO punch to the head at 02:57 of the first round.

Middleweight Fight: Kelvin Gastelum vs. Chris Curtis
