Renato Lovato Jr. displayed impressive jiu-jitsu and grappling skills in a fight against Gegard Mousasi. First two round Mousasi could not find the answer for Renato’s pressure, but in round 3 he adjust and was able to drop Renato with a straight punch and land some ground and pound.
Coming into fifth round, Renato new that this round will decide the winner, si he took down Mousasi in first 30 seconds and he just did not let him up for the rest of the round.
It was a close fight, and the score was: draw, 48-47, 48-47 – and Lovato became a new Bellator middleweight Champion
