Quentin Rampage Jackson is back and ready to make a comeback in the world of mixed martial arts (MMA). In a recent interview on The MMA Hour, Jackson opened up about his weight loss journey, his involvement with the UFL, and his plans for the future.

A New Approach to Weight Loss

Jackson has been making waves on Instagram with his impressive weight loss transformation. He revealed that he has lost a significant amount of weight, close to 40 pounds, thanks to a new approach to his diet and training.

Teaming up with his longtime friend and fitness guru, Sean Rez, Jackson has adopted a fasting regimen, working out six times a week, and cutting out sugar and carbs from his diet. He now eats only one meal a day, consisting of steak, eggs, and sweet potatoes, and credits this new lifestyle for his impressive results.

“I was just getting tired of being fat,” Jackson said. “I wanted to make a change, and the support from my coach, Sean Rez, has been invaluable. He’s an inspiration and has helped me stay disciplined and focused on my goals.”

The UFL: A New Beginning for Fighters

In addition to his weight loss journey, Jackson is also heavily involved with the UFL, a new MMA organization that aims to provide fighters with better benefits and opportunities. He spoke highly of the UFL’s founder, Harrison Rogers, and praised the organization’s commitment to taking care of its fighters.

“The UFL is all about giving fighters the support they deserve,” Jackson said. “They offer healthcare, life insurance, and even shares in the company. It’s a game-changer for the sport, and I’m proud to be a part of it.”

The UFL’s next show is scheduled for August 15th, and Jackson hinted at the possibility of making his comeback in the organization. He expressed his desire to promote the UFL and help it grow, emphasizing the importance of supporting MMA fighters and creating more opportunities for them.

A Boxing Match on the Horizon

In addition to his involvement with the UFL, Jackson also revealed his plans to compete in a boxing match before he gets too old. While he didn’t mention a specific opponent, he expressed his interest in stepping into the ring and testing his skills in the world of boxing.

“I’ve always been a fan of boxing,” Jackson said. “I want to challenge myself and see how I fare against some of the best boxers out there. It’s a new adventure for me, and I’m excited to see where it takes me.”

Looking Back and Moving Forward

Throughout the interview, Jackson reflected on his career and the ups and downs he has experienced. He acknowledged his past issues with the UFC and his decision to join Bellator, but expressed no ill will towards the organization.

“I don’t hold any grudges,” Jackson said. “I respect Dana White and what he’s done for the sport. We had our differences, but I’ve moved on. I’m focused on the future and building something meaningful for the MMA community.”

In addition to his MMA career, Jackson continues to pursue his passion for acting and recently signed with a new manager who has secured exciting roles for him. He also mentioned his role as the CEO of a women’s pro wrestling league, showcasing his diverse interests and ambitions.

Rampage Jackson’s journey is far from over.
