Abdul-Kareem Al-Selwady vs. George Hardwick
The highly anticipated main event of the evening will feature a lightweight clash between Abdul-Kareem Al-Selwady and George Hardwick. Al-Selwady, representing Fortis MMA, enters the Contender Series on a four-bout winning streak. His last victory came against Mike Murphy at Fury FC 75, where he claimed the promotion’s 155-pound belt. Hardwick, on the other hand, has been dominant in his professional career, winning 12 out of his 13 appearances. He has also defended the lightweight title twice in Cage Warriors Fighting Championship.

Emrah Sonmez Misses Weight
During the weigh-ins, Emrah Sonmez failed to make weight for his featherweight clash against Hyder Amil. The Nevada State Athletic Commission did not clear Sonmez to continue cutting weight, resulting in a fine and the fight proceeding as scheduled. Sonmez will be fined a percentage of his purse for the weight miss.
