Chechen-born Khamzat Chimaev is set to face former middleweight world champion Robert Whittaker in a highly anticipated bout in Saudi Arabia on June 22. This fight will serve as a title eliminator for the middleweight division in the UFC. Both fighters will headline the UFC’s first fight night in the Kingdom.

Chimaev, with an impressive undefeated record of 13 fights, is facing his toughest challenge yet against the experienced Australian fighter, Whittaker. The winner of this bout will earn the opportunity to challenge the reigning champion, Dricus du Plessis, later this year.
